Omaha CSO Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) Update

Presenter:
Tom Heinemann is the Program Manager for the Omaha CSO Program, and has been serving in that role since 2006. He has 41 years of experience, all with CH2M/Jacobs, and has worked on projects with the City of Omaha for most of his career (since 1984). Tom is a Licensed PE with B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. He is married and has two children, both of whom have graduated from college and are gainfully employed.
CSO Long Term Control Plan Presentation:
Tom will be providing an update on the City of Omaha's CSO Program, with an emphasis on the 2021 Long Term Control Plan (LTCP). The 2021 LTCP Update was submitted to the Nebraska Department of Environment & Energy (NDEE) in March of 2021, and includes some important changes in the direction of the CSO Program.
