Brian Spencer: Brian leads the Campus Development & Real Estate, Compliance, and Sustainability teams responsible for development and maintenance of the system wide facilities master plan and the 2030 sustainability master plan for the combined Nebraska Medicine and University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is currently leading development efforts on over half a billion dollars of new development on the midtown Omaha campus. He has lead the team at Nebraska Med|UNMC for six years after over a decade in private practice with a mid-size national planning and design firm having lead projects across the country.
Presentation:
The presentation will include an overview of the current campus wide master plan and Saddle Creek Campus. Olsson is leading the engineering design for the Saddle Creek Campus and surrounding infrastructure. The project is an extremely complex redevelopment project of approximately 35 acres in the heart of mid-town Omaha.
