THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL EVENT ONCE AGAIN. PLEASE REGISTER SO THAT WE KNOW WHERE TO SEND THE LINK FOR THE MEETING!
The Papio-Missouri River NRD has worked with local cities and counties across the metro area to develop over 130 miles of trails, largely based around the three main creeks in the watershed. The Keystone Trail along the Little Papio Creek, and the Big Papio Trail and West Papio Trail along those respective creeks. The NRD has received funding from MAPA to study a collection of small projects to provide “Neighborhood Expanded Access to Trails”, known as the NEAT Connectors. These small projects are intended to have large impact on connectivity to the existing network along the creeks, and encourage more people to enjoy the trails for recreation, active transportation, and access to natural resources.
