Millwork Development in north Downtown Omaha

Building on the energy and momentum of a bustling downtown, Millwork Commons is set to become one of Omaha’s most vibrant neighborhoods, blending the authenticity of the city’s industrial roots with the vitality of today’s innovators and creators. The current plan for Millwork Commons includes 1.3 million total square feet of office, retail and residential space and will revitalize historic 20th century brick buildings, while also folding in modern, new construction.
Megan Lutz is a registered architect and partner at APMA. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the design process, from master planning through building construction. With a passion for Omaha, Megan takes particular interest in the revitalization of its central neighborhoods, through a thoughtful and strategic approach to urban design, planning and architecture.
Katie Underwood is a civil engineer and vice president at Olsson. She currently leads the General Civil team in Omaha and has managed a variety of commercial and residential development projects. Katie has expertise in engineering due diligence, procuring entitlements and zoning, and providing project leadership for various civil engineering design components of projects.
