Council Bluffs Interstate System Improvements

Year-in-Review, Current Challenges and What’s Coming

Mark is the Program Management/General Engineering Consultant (PM/GEC) Project Manager for the Council Bluffs Interstate System Improvement Program. Mark has nearly 20 years of experience working on interstate construction projects, specializing in project management, roadway design, traffic engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems. He has developed extensive knowledge of the Council Bluffs Interstate System Improvement Program over his career while working for the Iowa DOT on a variety of engineering projects in the area. Mark holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
